as agreed in the last conference call, below is a proposal how to handle our 
TC's comment lost.

Proposal for handling of the OpenDocument's "comment" mailing list.

The purpose of the comment mailing list is to provide a medium for feedback
to TC members on their work.

TC members are encouraged to read comments to the TC and to take one of the
actions below:

a) Comments that require a formal resolution by the TC shall be forwarded to
the TC's mailing list. They will then be discussed by the TC, and the TC will
post a formal reply to the TC's mailing list with a copy to the comments
mailing list.

b) Comments that do not require a formal resolution or that are not related
to the TC's work (but for instance to applications that implement
OpenDocument) shall be redirected to the TC's users mailing list.

The TC chair or secretary will occasionally check whether there are comments 
that have not been forwarded to either the TC or the user mailing list.
