Updated version of the metadata RDF mapping proposal

Hi,

please find attached the updated version of the Metadata RDF proposal 
which Lars and I started. We changed according to your feedback
a) the notation for blank nodes from ??? to :_name, and
b) the mapping from <user-defined> metadata such that rdf:datatypes are 
used.
