Actually the complete description of RF on Limited Terms
is the sum of sections 10.2.1 + 10.2.3, so my proposal is that we specify to 
run under RF on Limited Terms  Mode described in sections section 10.2.1 and 
10.2.3 of the 2005 IPR policies.
