This is wrong. We aggreed on havin the last call this year on Dec. 19th 
(today);  as stated under "Next Conference Call" at the bottom of the 
minutes. I apologize for the confusion which I fear this will have caused.
I BCC'ed all TC members, since the OASIS server currently seems to be 
very slow.
