IPR Transition Request

Mary,

the OpenDocument TC in its TC call on December, the 5th, has agreed to submit 
a Transition Request to operate under the new IPR policy. The TC wishes to 
operate under the RF on Limited Terms Mode described in sections section 
10.2.1 and 10.2.3 of the 2005 IPR policies.

The Transition Request Ballot is minuted in the TC call meeting minutes:

We would like to ask you to proceed with the subsequent steps of the TC 
Transition to the new IPR policy.
