Essay explaining why OpenDocument really is open - comments appreciated.

At today's TC, Gary Edwards noted that there have been
some claims that the OpenDocument TC is essentially completely
controlled by a single vendor.  I've looked at the evidence, and
had the opportunity to see the TC's working first-hand, and I
think this charge is bunk.  But others might take it seriously.

Thus, I've created a short essay explaining why I believe
the OpenDocument TC is NOT controlled by any one vendor:
