Public Comment Lists

To all SC 
members

 

  There seems 
to be some confusion regarding public comment lists. OASIS provides comment 
lists at the TC level as the official communication channel. All work of any 
group or subgroup must be publicly visible, and should be accessed through the 
TC's public home page. The Kavi system automatically "rolls up" any documents 
uploaded in a SC area to the larger TC group. 

 

  While the 
general public is free to submit comments at any time, the only time the TC is 
under obligation to acknowledge them in any way is during an official public 
review period.
