To expand on this: that url is what http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/java/util/zip/package-summary.html links to.
The point is that we can probably trust that to remain in place and unchanged
more than the pkware or java specifications; but if we -really- want to make sure
of that, we should actually include the contents of that file....
