vcard

In looking through the current ODF spec, I note fields to capture 
contact information (agents, addresses, etc.), but that -- as with the 
MS equivalents -- they appear to use rather Western/U.S.-centric 
first/last naming structures. Has there been any thought given to using 
vcard for this sort of modeling?
