RE: [office] Proposal Responses to ISO Comments

What you've done looks sufficiently like what I've seen in the past that I
think it will be agreeable to ISO if the TC accepts it. All Ken will do for
Patrick is put a new cover on it. (He'll probably take the PDF version; SC34
prefers documents to be in HTML, with PDF as second choice.)
