Feature request. version attribute on content.xml

Currently stands at

<define name="office-document-common-attrs" combine="interleave">
    <optional>
        <attribute name="office:version">
            <ref name="string"/>
        </attribute>
    </optional>
</define>

Feature request that this attribute is changed from optional to required.

Rationale:

Once a number of versions are in use,
any xml processing application will be unable to determine which
schema to use.

An explicit version attribute will clarify and enable appropriate processing
of an XML instance.

This follows discussion on the accessibility list.
