I agree. space-before is one feature where the (OOo->KOffice) interoperability was initially broken, because I had
overlooked that there were two ways of saying the same thing, so I hadn't implemented space-before,
( which led to bug http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109223 ).
I would welcome the removal of this unnecessary redundancy. Well, deprecation, so the code will
have to stay, but at least future implementations of OpenDocument will be able to avoid that trap.
