xml:lang settings. Confused.

I'm processing a file in an I18N scenario.

Which is the 'definitive' language please? (inaccurate definition)

In ooo, styles.xml shows quite a few.

<style:text-properties
..
fo:language="sv"
fo:country="SE"
style:language-asian="en"
style:country-asian="GB"
...
style:language-complex="en"
style:country-complex="GB"
/>


Is there a best guess as to which language the majority of the content
is 'most likely'
to be in please?  I'll accept that there may be content in other
languages in the document.
