Help: China will vote for OpenXML

Hi all,

Microsoft has submitted OpenXML to ISO/IEC JTC1/SC34 via ECMA, the
voting deadline is Sep 2nd. China will hold a meeting for voting in
18th(17th for U.S., next Tuesday), I'd like to get some advise  from you
before this meeting. I predicate that China will probably vote negative,
we'd better to gather plenty of technical reason for voting negative.
