Interresting. So what are the parameters. How many users need to be asked. What users are qualified.

One implementors requirements from two customers?
IMHO that shouldn't in any way drive ODF,
especially when the member can't even provide a clear requirement.
A sizable survey of ODF customers? Yes, I'd be very open to
that as an ODF requirement.
