Rob Weir is our new co-chair!

Dear TC members, Rob,

the co-chair ballot for Robert Weir is closed since a few minutes. Rob 
got all "yes" votes from all TC members that were eligible to cast a 
vote. So he has been unanimously elected as our new co-chair.
