Transition Duration

Here's a proposal for a new attribute in ODF 1.2.

15.36.X Transition Duration
The [SMIL20] smil:dur attribute is used to specify the transition duration. 
See §12.4.1 of [SMIL20] for details. The value of this attribute must be a 
clock-value as defined by the SMIL Timing and Synchronization Module.

If this attribute is present, the attributes presentation:transition-speed and 
should be ignored.
