regarding suggested action item "Bullet lists with constant strings"

Dear TC members,

I'm refering to the sugested action item "Bullet lists with constant
strings" - see
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/OpenDocument_v1.2_Action_Items#head-bff8b4549bf71848d371a76eb7e3dc31f972d952

ad typo:
I have figured out, that the typo already has been fixed in the ODF
specification 1.1

ad constant string for list labels:
Currently, I'm fine with the solution to have a numbered list with
style:num-format="" and style:num-prefix="<constant string>" to model 
list items, whose list label content is a constant string.
The same is fine for a bullet list in my opinion with 
text:bullet-char="" (I do not know, if an empty text:bullet-char is 
allowed) and style:num-prefix="<constant string>".

My conclusion:
For ODF 1.2, I see no need for a proposal to model list items with 
constant strings as their list label content.
