chart:pie-offset, chart:hole-size

Greetings!

> The |chart:pie-offset| attribute is only interpreted in circle and

Versus:

> The attribute |chart:hole-size| can be used for ring charts. It 
> indicates how big the diameter of the hole is compared to the outer 
> diameter of the outermost ring.

Don't both of these specify the size of a whole in the middle of a 
circle/ring?

I realize the chart:hole-size attribute is setting it as a ratio but 
this look like duplication to me.
