Proposals

Dear TC members,

we received several proposals during the last two weeks. Since we 
currently have no better place to track them so that they don't get lost 
I have added them to the ODF v1.2 action item wiki page. By adding them 
to the list, I don't want to anticipate a decision by the TC or 
suggestion by the proposers whether these proposals are for ODF v1.2 or 
a later version.
