Proposed resolution to public comment #10

The first paragraph of section 1.3 reads:

"Table 1 lists the namespaces that
are defined by the OpenDocument format and their default

prefixes. For more information about XML
namespaces, please refer to the Namespaces
in XML

specification [xml-names]."

I proposed that this be replaced by:

"Table 1 lists
the namespace prefixes this specification uses when referring to elements
and attributes in the various ODF namespaces.  Conforming ODF documents
may substitute other namespace prefixes, bound to the listed  namespace
URN's, in accordance with the Namespaces
in XML specification [xml-names]."
