Review for recommendation values for conflict default values

Totally the conflict values are about 43. To conveniently process those values, I extracted the conflict values as a single .ods file. I think after we have agree on the unified values, either you or I can take a little effort to merge to the whole comparison document. Now I have filled the recommendation values for those 43 conflict values, for TC member's review.
