ODF 1.2 cd 01 - separation of attributes of namespace style in chapter18 and 19

Hi Patrick, hi Michael,

on my review of the editor's notes on attributes of namespace style I 
have the following comments on the separation of the style-attributes, 
especially for the ones, which occur in both chapters (18 and 19):

- style:font-charset, style:font-family-generic and style:font-pitch
IMHO, these are formatting properties also in the context of 
<style:font-face>. Thus, integration the corresponding sub chapters of 
chapter 18 into chapter 19

- style:num-format, style:num-letter-sync, style:num-prefix and 
style:num-suffix
IMHO, these are formatting properties, especially in the context of list 
style respectively list level styles.

- style:rel-height and style:rel-width
These are formatting properties in my eyes.

- Most style-attributes, which currently occur in chapter 18, but for 
whose the element, in which they occur, belong to formatting property 
chapter 16, are also formatting properties in my eyes.
These are, if I did not miss any one:
- style:char
- style:color
- style:distance
- style:distance-before-sep
- style:distance-after-sep
- style:height
- style:leader-color
- style:leader-style
- style:leader-type
- style:leader-width
- style:length
- style:line-style
- style:lines
- style:position
- style:repeat
- style:style
- style:style-name
- style:vertical-align
- style:width
But not:
- style:filter-name
