review of editor's notes in chapter 4 and 5

I had a look at the editor's notes in our ODF 1.2 specification, 
committee draft 1.

Here are my proposed solutions:
- ed. note in "4.3.1 <text:list>"
+1 from my side. Thus, editor's note can be deleted in my opinion.

- ed. note in "5.1.1 White-space characters"
no objection from my side to the made suggestion.

- ed. note in "5.1.1.1 <text:s>"
IMHO, the already deleted text in the specification note is not needed.
