<style:map> and relational operators

Greetings!

Under <style:map> we say:

> The following rules govern the use of the |<style:map>| element with

If we don't define this explicitly I am sure that someone in OASIS or 
ISO is going to raise this as an issue.

I would rather fix it now rather than later.
