comment about annotation in section 18.419 of ODF 1.2 cd01-draft6

Hi,

My comment to Patrick's annotation in section 18.419 of ODF 1.2 
cd01-draft06 is the following:
The statement referenced by Patrick's annotation is about 
forward-compatibility. The attribute is new and mandadory in ODF 1.2 and 
it determines, if the former (already existing in ODF 1.0/1.1) position 
and space attributes for list levels are used or the new ones. Thus, for 
my proposal for the new ones I thought it would make sense to include 
this statement in order to indicate the forward-compatibility of the 
list level attributes.
