Ed. Note: OK, but that means we have defined for default styles for:  paragraph, text, section, table, table-column, table-row, table-cell, table-page, chart, default, drawing-page, graphic, presentation, control and ruby, and I don't remember seeing that. 

Note that Dennis Hamilton recently proposed getting out of this mess but not saying that default styles "exist" but that they are defined by applications. Which means we don't define them. Not my favorite choice but one that I could live with at the moment.
