Section 18.155 draw:shrink-to-fit

Ed. Note: While integrating this proposal into the specification I've notices that we have already a style:shrink-to-fit attribute for table cells. For that reason I suggest that we rename the draw:shrink-to-fit attribute to "style:shrink-to-fit".

Christian agrees that we should drop "draw:shrink-to-fit" and say the following:

The |style:shrink-to-fit| attribute specifies whether content is reduced in size to fit within a cell or drawing object. Shrinking means that the font size of the content is decreased to fit the content into a cell or drawing object. The attribute has no effect where content already fits into a cell or drawing object.
