While I agree with the original author, this of course carries further: this (ui related) distinction between automatic and named styles also implies where they are stored. At least the way I read it, automatic styles are stored in content.xml (unless they are used by named styles). This removes the useful distingction between content in content.xml and styles in styles.xml. I would prefer if all styles would be stored in styles.xml, an obvious consequence if the difference between automatic and named styles is being removed.
