This is a secondary comment on Dave Pawson's 2008-07-01 objection concerning dc:creator (my my here we are again).  That is Public Comment #232.  When we find Publc Comment #232 on JIRA, we should close this one in its favor. (Interestingly, the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative has finally begun to deal with the semantics versus syntactics concerns in recent work.)
