This post expresses a concern about updating references to later editions and being sure that there is no conflict with the ODF specification as a result of changes in the normatively-referenced specification.  This is a procedural matter that needs to be applied individually in review of bibliography changes.

There is no action to take on this as a public comment.  This JIRA item can be closed.
