OK, so if I understand Michael's comment, this attribute controls whether the button can have focus or not? In other words if this attribute is set to false then I can "click" on the button all day but it won't do anything? (Because it doesn't have the focus?)
Suggest: "The form:focus-on-click attribute specifies if a <form:button> element is given the focus in a form when the form button control for that element is clicked with a mouse."
