The description in 17.900 text:use-soft-page-breaks indicates that  "Soft page breaks are only supported within text documents."

On the other hand "As a child element of a <table:table> element it represents a soft page break between two table
rows. It may appear in front of a <table:table-row> element.".

Why aren't these soft page breaks supported in spreadsheet documents?
