Comment on "duplicate" entries

Greetings!

Do note that in reviewing issues the reader needs to also checked those 
marked as "duplicates."

At least for the notes I created, I would say: "See ****" as a means of 
identifying an issue that occurred more than once.

In the translation to JIRA those are marked as "duplicates."

It is the same issue but has to be resolved for each occurrence.

PS: Do be sure to read the comments that JIRA is forwarding to the list. 
Some of the issues are fairly straight forward but others are going to 
require more discussion. Please use the JIRA interface for your 
comments/replies to comments. (Hopefully ODF-Next enabled applications 
will allow us to do robust editorial tracking/commenting from within an 
ODF based application. But, as Picard would say, "Not today.")
