There are two sentences regarding <text:index-body>. The one in 7.2.1 still reads as said in the comment. Suggestion:

The index body *has the same element type* for all types of *indexes*. It contains the *index content* generated from the information in the index source.

Further, the inconsistent usage of the terms "indexes" and "indices" should be consolidated, as described in OFFICE-1449.
