Comment on ODF 1.2 spec: digital signatures, namespace

Reviewing "OpenDocument v1.2 part 3 draft 7-sh", I saw that we (still)
use the namespace
"urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:digitalsignature:1.0"

I would like to propose to use :1.2 for it, because
a) it was introduced in ODF version 1.2
b) the specification for digital signatures introduced in draft 6
changed in an incompatible way, but already was implemented in OOo, so
it must be possible to distinguish.
