Comment on ODF 1.2 spec: digital signatures, specification improvements

I thought this was already proposed, but at least it's not in
"OpenDocument v1.2 part 1 cd03 (authoritative).odt".

Changes have been necessary to avoid some of the attacks described from
Mr. Filiol at the Black Hat Europe 2009.
