Odd Behavior in JIRA

A quick heads up that there is some odd behavior in JIRA in the last 
couple of days.  In particular, some of the summary numbers on the project 
page are wrong, and some of the views and filters may return documents 
that do not match the underlying filter.    OASIS is investigating.  It 
may be due to a recent upgrade.
