In the current draft,

LEGACY.NORMSDIST( x ) and NORMDIST(x,0,1)  are supposed to be the same. Moreover GAUSS(x) is supposed to be the above minus 0.5.

It would make much more sense to make the second and third argument of NORMDIST optional and drop LEGACY.NORMSDIST and GAUSS!
