The missing "have" effects 18.541.10, 18.573.12, 18.575.8, 18.579.8 (all descriptions of the svg:x, svg:y, svg:width and svg:height attributes for <presentation:placeholder>)

The other attributes were reported by OFFICE-1963 and OFFICE-1967, which I will close in favor of this issue.
