- 11 of 13 voting members (84%) were in attendance, so quorum requirements 
were met.

Membership notes:

- Peter Junge is on a Leave of Absence
- Stephen Peront has left the TC

* Posted agenda [1] was approved by unanimous consent

* Minutes of the 17 August meeting [2], were amended to indicate the 
attendance of John Tolbert in the rollcall, and as amended were approved 
by unanimous consent.

* The TC agreed to cancel the meeting of September 7th, which is Labor Day 
in the United States

* Rob observed that with Stephen's departure the TC now lacks a liaison to 
JTC1/SC34/WG5.  Dennis expressed interest in this position.  Rob will 
investigate.

* The TC reviewed the ODF 1.2 status

- Patrick reported that he is working to ensure that every attribute value 
has a definition in Part 1, and the results of this effort should be seen 
in the next draft

- Dennis is working on reviewing Part 2.

- Formula SC met last week and has been assigning remaining issues to 
members for resolution

- Michael suggested that all members check their JIRA queues for items 
assigned to them and to notify the Chairs if an issue has been incorrectly 
assigned or classified.

- Rob reviewed several of the new/unassigned issues in JIRA and assigned 
several them to volunteers.  Full status on these items can be found in 
JIRA.
