Eike, is this default namespace only applicable when:

"is-true-formula(formula): true if the style is applied to a table cell for which formula evaluates true."

That appears to be the only case where formula appears under style:condition.

In other words, the defaulting of a namespace is not applicable to the other attribute values. Yes?
