Regarding 18.591: "A differentiation between absolute and relative addresses is not possible, that is, the addresses are interpreted as absolute addresses even if they contain dollar signs."
A dollar sign defines a relative address, except for table:button, there dollar signs are simply ignored . I'm not sure if your suggestion really does make this clear. But why not follow your suggestion for 18.883, and say:
A differentiation between absolute and relative addresses is not possible, that is, whether the addresses contain dollar signs ore not, they are interpreted as absolute addresses.
