This does not differ from the description for other mimetypes for templates, which are also not explicitly mentioned, because the difference between a template and a document is only how it us used.

However, it is a valid question whether we need that particular media type, and whether we should list it in the specification. But because it is registered at the moment, I suggest we discuss this for ODF-Next.
