No ODF TC Meeting on Monday

As we agreed earlier in the year, there will be no ODF TC meeting on 
Monday October 5th, in observance of the Chinese National Day (60th 
Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Republic). 

We'll meet again on October 12th.
