In my opinion the current text of ODF 1.2 cd 03 is much improved compared to ODF 1.0 and ODF 1.1
Ad Problem 1:
For me the current text is clear that this attribute has be included in a global master document, because the attribute states something about the included linked sections.
Ad Problem 2 and Problem 3:
These are general problems regarding linked sections. I propose to address these for the next version of ODF.
