Hi Rob,
I had only a rough look at the list, but I think the following proposals
which are in the list of "in progress proposals" are included in ODF 1.2:

http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/Database_driver_dependencies_on_java
All others seem to be not included in ODF 1.2.
