JIRA usage
----------
It was proposed that the JIRA Issue type "Task" is used for tasks that 
may be related to the ODF 1.2 specification, but do not immediately 
require changes of the specification. Examples are JIRA issues that 
state that specific URL in the specification have to be checked for 
correctness.

Meeting Schedule
----------------
It was proposed that the JIRA processing meeting on the 22nd of October 
gets scheduled for up to two hours to be able to address remaining issues.
