Voting Members are indicated with a + before their name. 

- 14 of 16 voting members (87%) were in attendance, so quorum requirements 
were met.

* Membership notes:

- Xiohong Dong will receive voting rights at the end of this meeting.

* Posted agenda was approved by unanimous consent.

* Minutes of the October 19th were approved by unanimous consent.

* The TC approved Michael Brauer as a delegate to the upcoming meeting of 
SC34/WG6.  This is contingent on Michael confirming that he will be able 
to attend.

* Discussion of ODF 1.2

- Updated copies of the approved Part 3 CD have been uploaded.
- Mary McRae has been notified about the request to send for public 
review.
- There are only a handful of open issues in Part 1 and this will be 
resolved shortly.  It is likely that we will have another CD ballot in the 
next week or two.
- Formula SC continues to meet to discuss remaining issues in Part 2.

* Discussion of ODF 1.0 maintenance

- Patrick should The approved Part 3 CD to SC34
- We're still waiting for comments on the draft Approved Errata 02
- Further work on possible amendment of ODF 1.0 is envisioned after the 
remainder of ODF 1.2 goes for public review.
