Cancel TC meeting of November 2nd?

Many TC members will be attending the ODF Plugfest in Orvieto on November 
2nd-3rd.  This includes both TC Chairs.  So I'm proposing that we cancel 
the TC meeting that week.

I'll bring this up for consideration on next Monday's TC call.
